Our story

A Gainesville tradition since 1998

Los Mariachis is a family-owned Tex-Mex restaurant in downtown Gainesville, Texas — serving Cooke County since 1998. For more than 25 years we’ve made the Tex-Mex we grew up on: recipes passed down, queso and guacamole made fresh every morning, and a warm, welcoming dining room that regulars say feels like home.
